1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Cancellation by the customer within the cancellation policy window
- Package cancellation by WonderLight Adventure due to unforeseen circumstances
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions
- Failure to deliver services as described in the booking confirmation
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments

3. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa application fees (once submitted)
- Travel insurance premiums
- Special permit fees paid to government bodies
- Airfare booked on non-refundable tickets
- Any services consumed prior to cancellation
4. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request within 24โ48 business hours
You will receive a confirmation email with refund amount and timeline
Refund is processed to the original payment method
5. Package Modification
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, upgrade package) rather than cancel, please contact us at least 15 days before departure. Modification charges may apply based on availability and supplier terms.
